    1. What kind of massage should I get?

If you are a newbie at massage and want to stick to the basics, Deep Tissue Thai or Swe Thai is great. If it's just the upper back that is tight, Deep Tissue/ Swe Thai works is okay. If it's chronically tight or really tight in the neck upper back area, hands, arms, feet, etc, the most effective is adding Teishin Needles to the session. If it's a lower back and, or legs that are tight, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy combined with Deep Tissue Thai (Ashi Combo) is the best. If it's pretty bad, I would definitely add Teishin. If there is a scar tissue, adding Gua Sa and Ultrasound is really effective.

    2. Why do sessions start at 90 minutes?

I feel that 90 minutes makes a big difference in the quality of the session. In my experience, sessions under 90 minutes cuts the client off just as we are about to get somewhere.

    3. What should I wear?

It doesn't matter at all what you wear. During the session, your preference for your state of undress depends on your comfort level. However, it will feel best for the client to be completely unclothed, for the creams and oils to fully glide on the skin, and the session to flow like a dance. There will be draping to always protect the modesty of the client.

    4. Will there be Draping?

Yes, always, to protect the modesty of the client and to keep the professionalism of the therapist.

    5. Can I workout after a session or work?

If you are a trained athlete, and are used to it everyday, then, yes, a light workout permitted. But if you haven't exercised in a while, it is not recommended Muscles need time to fully adjust to bodywork and need time to heal. It is recommended that you drink lots of water and give your body rest for 6-12 hours. But please allow 12 hours for your session to assimilate. Take an Epsom salt and Baking soda bath 2 cups each. This seals in the session and makes the effects last longer. DO NOT Pick up heavy objects, moving kids, dogs, pets, or move your body too quickly or erratically. Take care to be gentle with yourself. After an intense session, your body will be opened up and could be more prone to injuries for about 12 hours. It is recommended to do really chill, drink lots of water and move with caution after your session.

    6. Should I eat before a session?

A light snack is okay, but not a heavy meal.

    7. How often should I get a massage?

Everyday!!! Just kidding. Listen to your body. Once a week, twice a month, whenever, you feel like it is time. If you are coming for a specific issue, I would recommend doing a series of sessions within days of each other to maximize results. The results are way more effective when sessions are super close together. I would rather you come see me three times in week to take care of a problem than once a month for a year. If you wait a month or even two weeks, the body tends to quickly revert back to old injuries and I would have to start over or back track. When sessions are close together, I can keep unpeeling the layers and accelerate the healing of specific injury.

Remember Bodywork is cheaper than surgery... and way more fun!

    8. Should I get there a little early before my session?

I wouldn't recommend getting there more than 5 minutes early to avoid having to wait. Appointments are usually back to back.

    9. Is tipping included in the prices?

Tipping is appreciated , but NEVER Required or Expected.

    10. How much notice do I need to make an appointment?

Same day appointments are sometimes possible depending on the time. However, for same day appointments, please be 100 percent sure that the time works. It's like an unchangeable nonrefundable ticket. Canceled or rescheduled appointments under the time are charged in the full if left unfilled. In the case you can't make the appointment, you are welcome to send a friend or family member to take your slot to not waste the cost of the session. For same day appointments please text 408-569-2882 for the fastest response.     11. Will you marry me?

Thank you for appreciating me!!! You are awesome! But No. And please don't ask me more than once. I don't date clients and would prefer and request not to be asked out.
